  Definitely off the beaten path. Nice new location. It is now a faster trip in and out. Still about a 15 to 20 minute wait.

  For a state driver's license visit, my experience here was great. Coming from Salt Lake City, I've grown used to hours-long waits to simply renew a drivers license. In contrast, I waiting in line about 5-10 min at this location, and that's factoring in the fact that they had 3 deputies working the counter, and two of them were having computer problems. The testing process for my license was quick, painless, and user friendly. All the deputies were also exceptionally friendly and helpful in getting me in and out, and were thorough in explaining fees and processes involved. Overall, a great experience, for a state drivers license office. If you think the experience is bad here, try living in a metro area of over a million people that only has a couple small drivers license offices...

  Staff was friendly but it's ridiculously busy for a Monday afternoon and I understand it's not the staff's fault. I just wish people who go in there will stop having the same idea of going in there the same day and same time. Thank goodness I was informed that it's super busy Monday's since it was my first trip there. I'll try to go in there earlier next time and on a different day.

  What a terrible place. They are never open and have the worst hours. I have to regularly go to the Idaho falls location because the Pocatello location is not open. They are seriously never there. I can't believe we pay for this service.
